Troop 31 is one of the oldest Scout troops in Nashville, Tennessee, chartered by the Middle Tennessee Council in 1920 and sponsored by St. George's Episcopal Church. For over a century, the troop has fostered character, leadership, and outdoor skills through a year-round program of campouts, service projects, merit badge advancement, and weekly meetings.
Scouts in Troop 31 learn civic duty and personal growth while building friendships and memories that last a lifetime. The troop's program is boy-led, with Scouts planning and running meetings, outings, and service projects under the guidance of trained adult leaders. This approach develops confidence, responsibility, and practical leadership skills that serve Scouts long after they age out of the program.
Troop 31 welcomes boys and young men from the Nashville area, from fifth grade through high school, regardless of prior Scouting experience. New members can join at any time of year and are paired with a patrol and a youth guide who helps them get oriented and begin advancing through the ranks.
This website, ScoutHub, is built and maintained by Connor Seay as a hub for Troop 31 families to manage rosters, track advancement, coordinate events, handle finances, and share communications in one place. It is not an official product of the Boy Scouts of America or the Middle Tennessee Council.
